Little is Much When God is in it!

Matthew 14:14-21 (KJV) 14  And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.
15  And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
16  But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.
17  And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.
18   He said, Bring them hither to me.
19  And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
20  And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
21  And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

The supernatural should be more real to us than the natural realm because the spirit realm is the parent force that created the natural realm.

When Jesus mentioned the food situation to the disciples, they only thought of the natural solution, which wouldn’t work anyway. But once they turned what they had over to Jesus, He multiplied it and solved the problem.

When we have a financial need, it’s because we don’t have enough resources to accomplish what we need to do: pay bills, buy something, help someone, etc. So what should we do?

Instead of eating the little bit of seed that you have, plant it so that Jesus can multiply it. The five loaves and two fish that the little boy had were not enough to feed the multitude of people that were there. BUT, when it go into hands of Jesus, He could multiply it and feed thousands!

You might be believing for a bigger apartment, a new house, or a new car but financially, it’s not possible at this time. Take some seed and help someone else get their house, pay off their mortgage, buy a car, etc. When you do that, God can speak to someone to help you the same way He spoke to you to help someone else.

Luke 6:38 (KJV)
38  Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Jesus tells us to give first and then it shall be given to us – good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give unto us. How many of you would really like to have “running over” return on your giving?

Let’s give where God directs and watch Him bless the works of our hands!

Deuteronomy 28:8, 12 (KJV) 8  The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
12  The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
