Are You “Focus-hunting” or Do You Have a Clear Picture?

A short time ago, I ordered a special lens for my camera that doubled the distance of what I was shooting. However, in the course of setting it up, I found out that this particular lens was not a good fit for my camera. Needless to say, I returned it via a very understanding customer service rep.

One of the things that clued me that this was not the right lens was that as I tried focusing on my subject, the camera kept “focus-hunting” to find a way to sharpen the image, to no avail, and to my disappointment. Thus, the inspiration for this blog!

As you know from reading my blogs, all of God’s promises work by faith and without faith you don’t get anything! Believing is seeing not the reverse.

Therefore, whatever promise you want to manifest in your life, you have to first “see” it and focus on it in your mind’s eye, actually, in your spirit. For example, if you’re wanting to manifest healing in your body, you have to “see” yourself healed in order for your faith to work. Even if you pray a “good” prayer but still see yourself sick, your prayer won’t work. The wrong image will negate your faith and you’ll get nothing.

On the other hand, if you pray in faith and then continue seeing yourself healed and well, it won’t be long before you’ll see the manifestation.

We have to focus on what we are believing to see in the natural realm. We have to “zoom” in on the “seeing part” and the manifestation will come to pass. What we focus on, confess, and give our attention to is what directs our paths. We will never rise higher than our confession.

Be a person of the Word and expect your manifestation!

2 Corinthians 1:20 (KJV) 20  For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

Hebrews 6:12 (KJV) 12  That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) 6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
