Expressing Our Faith Through Words – Part III

Isaiah 46:9-10a (KJV) 9  Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10  Declaring the end from the beginning

Romans 4:17 (KJV) 17  (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

By speaking the end from the beginning and calling things that are not as though they were, we’re actually pulling the answer from the spirit realm into the physical realm where we can use it and it can do what it was called to do. Let me give you an example.

If your body is sick with some disease, what you need is healing, right? But if all you do is get on the phone and call everyone you know and tell them how sick you are and continually complain and bellyache about your sickness or disease, guess what? There’s no faith in that and all you’ve done is to confirm and establish what you already have. And that’s what you’ll keep. Where’s the power in that? There is none.

But on the other hand, start confessing that by the stripes of Jesus you’ve already been healed and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Then rebuke the sickness/disease and command it to dissipate in the Name of Jesus and command the healing power of God to manifest in your body. Then you have some power working on your behalf. Jesus, the High Priest of your confession, now has something to work with.

Just because healing is part of the atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ, doesn’t mean it will automatically happen. Just like salvation won’t automatically happen unless you do your part and receive salvation.

It’s the same with the healing package. God has already done His part. You have to do your part and receive what’s already been freely given. It works the same way with deliverance, provision, protection, etc.

If the only thing you’ll believe is what your five physical senses tell you, you’ll never enter into the fullness of what God has for you. Believe God and His word and watch the supernatural happen!
